Here at the JBC office, we’ve spent the past several weeks trying to figure out a way to use Google Wave to improve the way we communicate and collaborate on various programs. Unfortunately, we came to this conclusion:

“Google Wave was built to show younger people how older people feel when they try to use the Internet.” @shiflett

But…lo and behold, our clever friends over at PresenTense have begun testing the waters on using this new platform as a magazine publishing device! Amazing. Their new issue of the magazine (the tenth) has been published in Google Wave, allowing readers to participate and engage with the articles, along with other readers of the magazine. In real time.

Matthue Roth, over at MyJewishLearning, discusses the features and design of PreseTense’s tenth issue here.
