This Hanukkah board book is short and sweet, just right for infants and toddlers. All the important parts of the holiday are discussed — winter, candles, latkes, dreidels, family, and even Judah Maccabee. Each page contains a simple rhyming couplet— just enough words and detail for your little one. The illustrations are painted in vibrant colors with lots of yellow, to make you feel warm and welcome to celebrate. I particularly like that the focus is not on gift giving, and even the illustrations on each page reinforce the family celebrating the holiday together.
