Yes She Can is a New York Times-best­selling anthol­o­gy fea­tur­ing 10 sto­ries from a diverse group of young women who worked in the Oba­ma White House. They were teenagers when Barack Oba­ma announced he was run­ning for office and were called to serve by his inclu­sive fem­i­nist pol­i­tics. In Yes She Can, they each tell a sto­ry of their most inspir­ing days, filled with the chal­lenges they faced, and advice they wish they could give to our younger selves. For Mol­ly, Noemie, and Tay­lor, these per­son­al reflec­tions are drawn from our Jew­ish iden­ti­ty and upbring­ing. Mol­ly orga­nized a star-stud­ded event, fea­tur­ing the cast of Annie at the White House for chil­dren in fos­ter care. Tay­lor planned the state vis­it of Pope Fran­cis in 2015. And Noemie worked to estab­lish a gov­ern­ment assis­tance fund to help aging Holo­caust sur­vivors access social ser­vices. The book also includes a fore­word from actress/​activist/​founder of eigh­teen by 18, Yara Shadi­hi, and a Girls Guide to Get­ting into Gov­ern­ment.
