Dear JBC Readers,

As we close out 2021, I want to thank you for your continued readership and support of Jewish Book Council. We’re so grateful that you’re part of our Jewish literary community.

At the end of the year, our team loves to look back on our content to see which books, essays, and posts you were most excited about. I’m pleased to share a few of the highlights here with you today:

These are, of course, just a few of the hundreds of reviews, essays, interviews, and excerpts we featured across JBC’s platforms this year. I’d love to hear your own highlights from the year!

As we prepare for 2022 — spoiler alert: we already have some incredible books to share with you — I hope you’ll consider becoming a member or generally supporting JBC’s efforts to educate, enrich, and strengthen the community through Jewish literature. Our aim is to continue to create new access points for thinking about Jewish life, identity, history, and culture, and your financial support is critical to our efforts.

With gratitude,

Naomi
