Tami Luchow is a speaker, writer, artist, leader, changemaker, and a consultant for best practices for companies and communities, specifically for representation and belonging. She runs workshops on leadership, finding one’s voice, women’s rights, human rights, self-care, disability rights, and advises C‑suites and executive teams, and human resource professionals on how to incorporate best practices for representation of all groups into one’s community and corporate culture. She was a journalist with NBC News, first with Nightly News with Tom Brokaw, and Dateline NBC. Tami was born with a physical disability and later in life was diagnosed with an invisible disability. She uses her life experiences to shed light on the fact that many people move between multiple, under-represented groups. Tami is a graduate of Yale University, where she received her BA, and of Columbia University, where she received her MA. Tami is currently an Inaugural Fellow at the Yale School of Management ELI Program. Tami’s multimedia and experiential art will be debuting this July in New York City at The Westbeth Gallery.
