Adam Leigh read Eng­lish at Cam­bridge Uni­ver­si­ty and spent the next thir­ty years in an adver­tis­ing career enjoy­ing lots of long lunch­es. His first nov­el, The Curi­ous Rise of Alex Lazarus, was pub­lished in 2021. He is mar­ried to the won­der­ful Han­nah, his busi­ness part­ner and most uncrit­i­cal fan, and has three grown chil­dren who are less forgiving.
