Ana María Shua has pub­lished more than 180 books in dif­fer­ent gen­res, from nov­els, poet­ry, and essays to children’s books. Her books for chil­dren, which have won nation­al and inter­na­tion­al awards, are read through­out Latin Amer­i­ca and in Spain. She has giv­en dozens of lec­tures, includ­ing at UCLA and North­west­ern Uni­ver­si­ty. She lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
