Aviv Harkov start­ed cook­ing perched on a stool, as her mother’s sous chef. Raised on strong Jew­ish val­ues, she has grown up to be a local cater­er and head chef at home. After mov­ing to Israel, she served as a naval offi­cer before becom­ing an emis­sary for Bnei Aki­va in Hong Kong, and is cur­rent­ly enrolled at Hebrew University.
