With a combination of light science and faith in Hashem, the author gives young readers a light-hearted look at a fantasy trip to the moon and back again right in time for Shabbat. She reminds the children to thank Hashem for their safe journey and includes biblical verses in which the moon is mentioned, along with their translations and a bit of simple commentary. This is the first book in a series entitled Hashem’s Amazing World, which will feature a combined approach to science and faith. Illustrated with a combination of cartoon-style drawings and photos, this offering is creative and fun. Recommended for ages 3 – 8.
