Brad Sny­der is a pro­fes­sor of con­sti­tu­tion­al law and twen­ti­eth-cen­tu­ry Amer­i­can legal his­to­ry at George­town Uni­ver­si­ty Law Cen­ter. In addi­tion to his legal schol­ar­ship, he has writ­ten for Politi­co, Slate, and the Wash­ing­ton Post. He lives on Capi­tol Hill in Wash­ing­ton, DC.
