Danyael Hal­prin is a jour­nal­ist and writer. Her eclec­tic award-win­ning work appears in lead­ing pub­li­ca­tions across North Amer­i­ca. She’s also a run­ner who com­petes in all dis­tances, from the 10K at the 2022 Mac­cabi­ah Games to the Boston and New York marathons in 2025. She lives in Cal­gary with her three children.
