Eliz­a­beth Man­del is the Founder and Exec­u­tive Direc­tor of jGirls+ Mag­a­zine, an online lit­er­ary mag­a­zine for Jew­ish girls and non­bi­na­ry teens. She is an award-win­ning doc­u­men­tary film­mak­er, writer, edi­tor, and activist. She uses media to raise aware­ness and cre­ate change around social jus­tice, gen­der, and Jew­ish com­mu­ni­ty issues. Man­del holds a B.A. and a Mas­ter’s in Inter­na­tion­al Affairs from Colum­bia University.
