Wife, moth­er, daugh­ter, doc­tor, writer, Jamie Weis­man lives with her two daugh­ters and her hus­band in Atlanta Geor­gia where she works as a der­ma­tol­o­gist and med­ical researcher. Her first book, the mem­oir As I Live and Breathe was wide­ly praised from O Mag­a­zine to the New Eng­land Jour­nal of Med­i­cine. We Are Gath­ered is her first novel.
