Jen­nifer Lan­dau-Carter mas­tered the arts of stoop-sit­ting and peo­ple watch­ing, two of her prin­ci­pal pas­sions on 90 Charles Street. Jen­nifer holds a Har­vard BA, an MA from Colum­bia and an Ital­ian Doc­tor­ate. She was a Busi­ness School Pro­fes­sor in Milan, owned a hair salon in Port­land, and, last­ly was a diplo­mat for the U.S. gov­ern­ment. Jen­nifer is ​“aspi­ra­tional­ly retired,” since the ren­o­va­tion of 90 Charles Street is ongo­ing and very stressful.
