Joanie Holz­er Schirm was the found­ing pres­i­dent of Geot­ech­ni­cal and Envi­ron­men­tal Con­sul­tants Inc. in Orlan­do Flori­da which she direct­ed for sev­en­teen years. She is now a full-time writer, speak­er, and cura­tor of the Holz­er Col­lec­tion her father’s World War II lega­cy.
