Joelle Fiss is Swiss and British, and has been liv­ing in New York since 2009. In 2012, she self-pub­lished her first book enti­tled Tip­toe­ing on Mine­fields. She pre­sent­ed her ideas the Israeli Knes­set’s sub­com­mit­tee on Dias­po­ra Affairs, the 2012 Shi­mon Peres Israeli Pres­i­den­t’s Con­fer­ence, in 2012, the Euro­pean Par­lia­ment and in book­stores and cul­tur­al cen­ters, in Paris and in Brus­sels. Pri­or to mov­ing to New York City, Joelle worked in the Euro­pean Par­lia­ment for six years.
