Lau­ren Smith Brody is the founder of the Fifth Trimester move­ment which helps par­ents and busi­ness­es improve work­place cul­ture. Lau­ren was most recent­ly the exec­u­tive edi­tor of Glam­our where she pro­duced its Women of the Year awards hon­or­ing lumi­nar­ies like Maya Angelou and Hillary Clin­ton. Raised in Ohio Texas and Geor­gia she lives in Man­hat­tan with her hus­band and sons.
