NYPD First Grade Homi­cide Detec­tive Morde­cai Dzikan­sky served in the NYPD for 25 years. His post­ings ranged from Torah to Ter­ror. From 2003 to 2008 he served as the NYPD Intel­li­gence Liai­son in Israel. He has authored two books and cur­rent­ly lec­tures on ter­ror aware­ness and pre­ven­tion methods.
