When Nor­rin M. Rips­man isn’t writ­ing fic­tion, he is a pro­fes­sor of Inter­na­tion­al Rela­tions. Born in Cana­da, he has made his home in eleven cities in six coun­tries on three con­ti­nents. He now lives in the US, where he teach­es at Lehigh Uni­ver­si­ty in Beth­le­hem, PA. The Ora­cle of Spring Gar­den Road is his first pub­lished novel.
