Born in 1984, Omri Ginzburg is a mem­ber of a gen­er­a­tion raised in the shad­ow of unspo­ken trau­ma. At the age of 18, he enlist­ed for manda­to­ry ser­vice in the IDF. For many years, he sup­pressed the pro­found expe­ri­ence and sought to evade the new real­i­ty. In 2017, he moved to Barcelona, where he con­tin­ued writ­ing this book in an attempt to find an answer for his nightmares.
