Paul Glaser was born in the Nether­lands short­ly after WWII. He has held man­age­ment posi­tions in many edu­ca­tion­al and health­care insti­tu­tions, includ­ing peri­ods as direc­tor of a psy­chi­atric hos­pi­tal and as CEO of a large orga­ni­za­tion work­ing with devel­op­men­tal­ly dis­abled. He has also been involved in the estab­lish­ment of a graph­ic muse­um, a region­al the­atre, and a Montes­sori sec­ondary school.
