Rey­na Marder Gen­tin grew up in Great Neck, New York. She attend­ed col­lege and law school at Yale. For many years, she prac­ticed as an appel­late attor­ney rep­re­sent­ing indi­gent crim­i­nal defen­dants. Rey­na’s work has appeared in The Westch­ester Review, The Write Launch, and online at Kveller, Mamalode, and Next Avenue, among oth­er web­sites. She and her fam­i­ly live in Scars­dale, New York.
