Sybil Ter­res Gilmar is a magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kap­pa grad­u­ate of Queens Col­lege, New York, who received her doc­tor­ate from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Penn­syl­va­nia in 1985. Read­ings of her plays have been done at Abrac­cio’s in Philadel­phia. Her short sto­ries, edi­to­ri­als, and arti­cles have appeared in The Philadel­phia Inquir­er, Main Line Mag­a­zine, Recon­struc­tion­ist, The Eng­lish Jour­nal, and Wis­ing Up Press.
