Ter­ry LaBan began his com­ic career in the ​’90s when he cre­at­ed his own alter­na­tive com­ic book series for Fan­ta­graph­ics Books and Dark Horse Comics, and wrote for DC Ver­ti­go and Dis­ney Egmont. His dai­ly com­ic strip, Edge City, syn­di­cat­ed by King Fea­tures, ran from 2001 to 2015 and was the first news­pa­per com­ic strip to depict a Passover seder.
