Uri Resnick is an asso­ciate mem­ber of the Fed­er­mann Cen­ter for Ratio­nal­i­ty at Hebrew Uni­ver­si­ty and has authored the book Dynam­ics of Asym­met­ric Ter­ri­to­r­i­al Con­flict. An Israeli career diplo­mat, Resnick has served as a pol­i­cy advi­sor to Israel’s Min­is­ter of For­eign Affairs and Min­is­ter of Defense and cur­rent­ly serves as Con­sul Gen­er­al of Israel in Saint Peters­burg, Russia.
