Abraham Rabinovich was born in New York City and worked as a reporter at Newsday and other newspapers. He arrived in Jerusalem on the eve of the Six Day War and subsequently settled in Israel, working as a feature writer for The Jerusalem Post and a correspondent for foreign newspapers.
