Diana Kuper is a grad­u­ate of the Uni­ver­si­ty of Michi­gan and Tel Aviv Uni­ver­si­ty. Dur­ing her sev­en-year res­i­dence in Israel, she coun­seled adults at the Com­mu­ni­ty Men­tal Health Cen­ter in Jaf­fa. She is a psy­chother­a­pist in pri­vate prac­tice. She is grate­ful for her writer­ly imag­i­na­tion which has sus­tained her through­out her life. She lives in Michi­gan and San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
