Join Nu Reads and JCC Man­hat­tan for a spe­cial evening of music and con­ver­sa­tion with Israeli nov­el­ist Ron Segal, cel­e­brat­ing the upcom­ing start of Jew­ish Book Month.

As a pre – Jew­ish Book Month kick­off event, Ron will dis­cuss his new nov­el, Del­i­cate, a mov­ing sto­ry of mem­o­ry, love, and sur­vival, in con­ver­sa­tion with Sam Suss­man, author of the inau­gur­al Nu Reads pick, Boy from the North Coun­try, and a Nation­al Jew­ish Book Award final­ist for Debut Fiction.

A harpist will accom­pa­ny the authors through­out the evening, cre­at­ing a unique cel­e­bra­tion of Jew­ish lit­er­a­ture, music, and cul­ture — and a spe­cial pre­view of the month to come.
