Dr Jack­ie King holds a PhD in Polit­i­cal Sci­ence and Gov­ern­ment, an Exec­u­tive MBA in Orga­ni­za­tion­al Lead­er­ship, and cer­ti­fi­ca­tions in gov­er­nance, medi­a­tion and emo­tion­al intel­li­gence. Jack­ie is pas­sion­ate about sup­port­ing peo­ple, teams and orga­ni­za­tions to thrive, using design think­ing, empa­thy and sto­ry-telling to evolve cul­ture, improve well­be­ing and pro­mote social cohe­sion. Uti­liz­ing cul­tur­al and gen­der lens­es, Jack­ie pro­motes her mis­sion through an under­stand­ing of oth­er­ness. Her mis­sion is to align approach­es to lead­er­ship, gov­er­nance, strat­e­gy, oper­a­tions and ser­vice deliv­ery with pur­pose, dri­ving impact­ful change that reflects the diverse iden­ti­ties with­in our com­mu­ni­ties and work­places. Jack­ie is proud to have pub­lished her first book, The Ulti­mate Oth­er, in 2024.
