She was found­ing Edi­tor-in-Chief of Conde Nast Port­fo­lio mag­a­zine, which won Nation­al Mag­a­zine and Loeb awards and spawned Michael Lewis’s best­seller The Big Short, based on his cov­er sto­ry about the finan­cial crisis.Previously, Ms. Lip­man was a Deputy Man­ag­ing Edi­tor of The Wall Street Jour­nal, the first woman to attain that post.
