Lau­ra Frankel is the for­mer exec­u­tive chef and head of food ser­vices at the Wolf­gang Puck Kosher Cater­ing and Caf� at the Sper­tus Insti­tute for Jew­ish Learn­ing in Chica­go. She is the for­mer head chef and founder of Shal­lots, a kosher fine-din­ing restau­rant locat­ed in Chica­go and New York. Chef Lau­ra gives demos and teach­es class­es all over the country.
