She is a grad­u­ate of The Uni­ver­si­ty of Penn­syl­va­nia and received her MBA from The Uni­ver­si­ty of Michi­gan. Rachel pre­vi­ous­ly worked in mar­ket­ing on mag­a­zines includ­ing InStyle and Real Sim­ple. She lives in Penn­syl­va­nia with her hus­band and two children.
