Rena Blumenthal is a freelance rabbi and first time author. From 2003 – 2014, she worked at Vassar College as Assistant Director of Religious & Spiritual Life and Adviser to Jewish Students. She is a 2003 graduate of the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College. Prior to rabbinical school, Rena worked as a psychologist for fifteen years in New York City and Jerusalem.
