I spent eight years as a Pub­lic Defend­er. I pub­lished approx­i­mate­ly 90 columns as Spe­cial Cor­re­spon­dent for the New York Dai­ly News. For over 10 years I was a cor­re­spon­dent, occa­sion­al host and sole legal edi­tor of the Fox News Chan­nel. I am a full-time tenured Pro­fes­sor of Law and direc­tor of the Loy­ola Cen­ter for the Study of Law & Genocide.
