The author is Asso­ciate Clin­i­cal Pro­fes­sor of Psy­chi­a­try at the Icahn School of Med­i­cine, a reg­u­lar con­trib­u­tor to Huff­in­g­ton­Post and Psy­chol­o­gy­To­day, and a fre­quent guest on major media out­lets. A New York Mag­a­zine ​“Best Doc­tor” since 2012, he lives in Man­hat­tan with his wife and chil­dren and spends way too much time on Twit­ter. This is his first book.
