Yigal Zur is a writer, journalist, television host, and tour guide. He resides in Jaffa, Israel, and travels extensively. He is a graduate of Tel Aviv University and has had extensive military experience. As a television journalist, he became the only Israeli ever to be embedded with US Army forces during Desert Storm. Death in Shangri-La is his first Dotan Naor novel to be translated into English.
