He is the author of three books: Dis­placed Per­sons: Grow­ing Up Amer­i­can after the Holo­caust, which was a New York Times Notable Book; The World in a City: Trav­el­ing the Globe through the Neigh­bor­hoods of the New New York;; and The Young Sci­en­tists.
