Lisa Printz Roday is a for­mer mat­ri­mo­ni­al lawyer who prac­ticed in New York City. After mov­ing to Vir­ginia, she start­ed the March of Dimes NICU Fam­i­ly Sup­port Pro­gram at a hos­pi­tal in Cen­tral Vir­ginia and became its first Spe­cial­ist. She is a small busi­ness own­er with four decades of non-prof­it board expe­ri­ence, includ­ing serv­ing as both a Trustee and Pres­i­dent of her synagogue.
