Dr. Mur­ray Sabrin taught Finance for 35 years before he retired on July 1, 2020. On Jan­u­ary 25th 2021, the Board of Trustees award­ed Dr. Sabrin Emer­i­tus sta­tus. Sabrin is the author of sev­er­al books includ­ing, Uni­ver­sal Med­ical Care: From Con­cep­tion to End-of-Life: The Case for a Sin­gle Pay­er Sys­tem. In Sabrin’s vision for med­ical care, the sin­gle pay­er is the indi­vid­ual or fam­i­ly to restore the doc­tor-patient relationship.
